A French 75 is a classic cocktail made with gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar and sparkling wine. Known for its bright citrus flavour and light profile, it’s a refreshing yet elegant drink often served as an aperitif. We make ours with our award-winning Dry Rosé Gin and La Folie Sparkling Rosé.
Ingredients (for one serve):
- 50ml (1 oz) Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin
- 15ml (1/2 oz) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml (1/2 oz) simple syrup
- 90ml (3 oz) Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé
- Lemon twist, for garnish

How to make a French 75 with Dry Rosé Gin:
- Add the Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for 15–30 seconds, until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass. (A flute keeps the bubbles lively, while a coupe gives a more classic, elegant presentation.)
- Top with sparkling rosé.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
Santé!
