When Jeany and Stephen founded Maison Mirabeau, their focus was simple: create exceptional rosé, vintage after vintage. As the business grew, so did their ambition to build something with a broader purpose. Becoming a B Corp was an important step on that journey, formalising their commitment to people, local communities, the environment and responsible governance. At the same time, Stephen became a leading voice for regenerative viticulture, helping to champion a more resilient future for wine growing.

B Corp certification comes with a commitment to continual improvement- standing still isn't an option. The standards are rigorous and regularly evolve in line with best practice, challenging us to do better every year.
We've found it really inspiring to view each and every decision through the B Corp lens. Business, like life, is rarely simple, but with the right intent, there is often a better path to choose. From lightweighting our bottles to reduce emissions, exploring more recyclable packaging formats, and creating event materials designed to last more than just a year or a season, we always try to do more with less impact. We're also sourcing more responsibly and partnering with like-minded businesses so that we can support each other in our journeys. Just as importantly, we invest in our people and communities, striving to create a positive environment and meaningful connections wherever we work.
Our commitment to the soil
All good produce begins in healthy soils. As one of the clearest expressions of the land it comes from, wine reflects the care given to the vineyard long before the grapes are harvested. Becoming farmers transformed Stephen and Jeany's understanding of what vineyards can achieve.
They discovered that regenerative farming not only helps build healthier soils and more resilient ecosystems, it also helps produce more interesting wines. Convinced by what they saw, they made a start and Domaine Mirabeau became Provence's first certified regenerative vineyard. But that clearly doesn't go far enough and today that commitment extends across a growing number of wines in the Maison Mirabeau range through partnerships with growers who share the same vision.
Their mission is that "One Day" all vineyards should be farmed in this much more holistic way. Together, Stephen, Jeany and the Mirabeau team champion a future where vineyards are thriving ecosystems, rich in biodiversity and cared for in harmony with nature.
